This is a beautiful and adventurous hike into the Jacumba Wilderness to the seldom-explored corner of NE Davies Valley. We will hike approximately 5-6 miles through sandy washes and canyons with towering walls. Some areas are steep with slippery rocks. Leaves from the Imperial Valley Desert Museum parking lot in Ocotillo at 8:00 am. We will carpool or caravan to the trailhead in high clearance vehicles.
